Tobias Harris Over 14.5 Points
Tobias Harris seems like the forgotten star on the 76ers as Embiid, Harden, and Maxey command all the attention. Harris has quietly been putting up solid numbers since the All Star break and has gone over the 14.5 point line three times in his last four games.
Harris has scored 20, 19, and 18 points in those 3 games respectively and is shooting at high volume from both inside the paint and beyond the arc. He shot an average of 11 field goal attempts in his current run and even went 4-7 from three in his 20 point game.
Harris is an able scorer from all over the court and James Harden should be able to rack up a couple of assists by getting the ball to Harris. Add on the fact that Mavericks have some of the worst defensive rating in the league and Harris should easily be able to go over this conservative 14.5 point line.
Hammer the over.
Kyrie Irving Under 3 3-Pointers Made
Kyrie is still working with Luka Doncic to figure out his role and what they need to do together out win. So far, it hasn’t worked out well. While they have kept their games close, the duo have only won one game together and that was against the San Antonio Spurs, who were in the midst of a 15 game losing streak.
Kyrie has been ice cold from beyond the arc. He was 0-4 against the Pacers and went from 2-10 against the Lakers in his last two games. The majority of his field goal attempts come from the mid-range jump shot and around the basket. Kyrie attempted 18, 22, and 13 field goals in his last three games respectively with only 4 attempts from three in two of those games.
Given how Kyrie is still adjusting to playing with the Mavs and with Luka still being the number one scoring option, the 3 3-point line is just too high right now. The smart money is on the under and that’s where we are going tonight. Kyrie and the under. Let’s cash.
