Week 10 is here and so is Jock MKT’s cash market! I’m here to guide you through some of the best value plays as well of steering you clear of those who may not be able to maintain their price.

Here are the Fair Value rankings and IPO prices for Week 10 along with some of my picks!

(* denotes questionable to play)

Buy: Jared Goff ($6.63)

Last week, I told you NOT to buy Josh Allen because of his own shortcomings, somewhat overlooking his matchup against the Seahawks. I will not make that mistake again. Despite Goff’s inconsistent play (he’s lost value in 4 out of 7 Sunday Contests) he should tear it up against the historically bad Seahawks’ defense.

Don’t Buy: Russell Wilson ($8.38)

Chef Russ made a real mess in the kitchen last weekend, returning his worst value of the season (-47% ROI). It was a bit uncomfortable just to see him uncomfortable for the first time in what feels like forever. Now, he’s due for a date with Jalen Ramsey and Aaron Donald in Los Angeles. He may perform, but I do not love him at this lofty price.

Buy: Robert Woods ($5.42) and Cooper Kupp ($5.31)

As I said, the Seahawks’ defense is historically bad. If the season were to end today, they would set the NFL record for most pass yards allowed per game at 362. That number is appalling and should allow for both Rams’ receivers to have big days.

Buy: Keenan Allen ($5.29)

Allen does not get enough respect for being one of the best WRs in the league. Unbelievably, he’s elevated his play since the Chargers’ Week 6 bye with 36 targets, 28 REC, 295 YDS, and 2 TDs over 3 games. Allen has also paid serious dividends to those who invested in him over the last 3 weeks, returning 73%, 49%, 90% in those contests.

Don’t Buy: Joe Burrow ($5.54)

More so about the Bengals’ putrid offensive line than Burrow himself, I find it unlikely he returns any value this week. This will be the highest price tag for him all season, the first time he’s crossed the $5 threshold, and it is against the best defense he will face. He will be running for his life all afternoon, stay away.

Buy: Jerry Jeudy ($4.68)

It really felt like Jeudy was just waiting to break out and it happened in a big way last week. Aided by his move from the slot to the outside, Jeudy had 7 REC, 125 YDS, and 1 TD in Atlanta. Next on the docket are the Raiders and their porous secondary. Look for Jeudy to build on his recent success.

Buy: Brandin Cooks ($4.36)

Cooks has been the prime beneficiary of the Bill O’Brien’s firing in Houston. He has at least 9 targets in all 4 games since O’Brien was let go and has favorable matchup this week in Cleveland. Denzel Ward will likely shadow Will Fuller leaving Cooks to torch less CBs all game. Fire up Cooks with confidence at this price.

Don’t Buy: Joe Mixon ($4.31)

Besides for Mixon’s Week 4 blow-up versus the Jaguars, he’s been incredibly pedestrian this season. That was the only week all season in which Mixon returned his buyers positive value. Now, he has a matchup with the Steelers coming off a foot injury that’s held him out since October 18th. Pass.
